Account Deletion Policy

Turtle Software (operating Terrapin Revenue Platform) is committed to user privacy and data protection. This policy explains how users can request deletion of their Terrapin CRM account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Terrapin CRM account:

• Include your account email, Account ID (from app settings), full name, and optional reason

What Happens After Request

• Confirmation email sent within 48 hours

• Account deactivated immediately; data fully deleted within 30 days (backups retained for 90 days)

• No refunds for prepaid subscriptions after account deletion

Data Retained for Legal Reasons

Limited data such as transaction records and invoices may be retained as required by Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000 and GST regulations for a minimum of 7 years. No marketing communication will be sent after account deletion.
