8. Data Deletion & Account Termination
Terrapin Revenue Platform provides users with full control over their data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, you may do so by submitting a formal deletion request by emailing hello@turtlesoftware.com with the subject line "Terrapin CRM Account Deletion Request"
What happens when you delete your account:
All personal identifiers (name, email, phone) and business data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.
Exceptions: We may retain certain data only where required by law (e.g., for tax/accounting) or for legitimate security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention) as permitted by User Data Policy.
No refunds for prepaid subscriptions after account deletion
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Terrapin Revenue Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as local storage and authentication tokens) to enhance your experience:
Persistent Login: We store a secure Authentication Token in your device’s local cache. This allows you to remain logged in between sessions so you don’t have to re-enter your credentials every time you open the App.
Session Management: We use technical identifiers to maintain your session and ensure the security of your data during active use.
Managing Data: You can clear the App cache or local storage through your Android device settings at any time; however, doing so will log you out and may require you to re-authenticate.
