Welcome to the Terrapin Revenue Platform, a product owned and operated by Turtle Software Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our software, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service for any illegal activities or to transmit any malicious code.
2. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Terrapin Revenue Platform is provided on a subscription basis.
Billing: Subscription fees must be paid in advance according to the billing cycle of your selected plan.
Price Adjustments: All prices are subject to change; however, we will provide a prior notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You shall not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
Resell, lease, or sublicense the Service to third parties without prior written consent.
4. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and that you have the right to upload such data.
5. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription within 7 days of activation or renewal by contacting our support team.
Effective Date: After the initial 7-day window, cancellation requests will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Termination by Company: Turtle Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion in cases of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software associated with the Terrapin Revenue Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Turtle Software Pvt. Ltd. Use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turtle Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
