Can't find yours? Ask us directly.
Community or Enterprise: which do we need?
It depends on the apps and support you need. Community is free but has fewer apps and no official support. Enterprise includes full Accounting, Studio, more apps and Odoo's upgrade service. We recommend one in the assessment.
Do you sell Odoo licences?
Yes. Turtle supplies Odoo Enterprise licences as a reseller, or works with licences you already have.
Where will Odoo be hosted?
On Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own servers. The choice depends on custom needs, users and your IT team, and we explain the trade-offs before you decide.
Can we move from Tally?
Yes. We migrate masters, opening stock and balances, and open documents, and reconcile them with your accounts team before go-live.
Is Odoo set up for GST?
Yes. We configure GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills as part of the implementation and test them with your accountant.
How long does implementation take?
Core apps for a mid-size business typically take six to ten weeks. Larger rollouts with manufacturing, several companies or heavy integration run in phases over three to six months.
Will customisation make upgrades hard?
Not if it is done carefully. We use standard apps and Studio first, keep custom code small and documented, and test it before each upgrade.
Can Odoo work with Terrapin and AI agents?
Yes. Many clients run Odoo for operations and accounts, and Terrapin for AI agents, marketing or service on top, connected both ways.
